An “Exhibition Area for Research Progress and Latest S&T Achievements” will be concurrently held with the conference, where exhibitors can present their research achievements or products to the participants in the form of exhibition boards. The exhibition area will set up a platform for enterprises, universities and research institutes to realize the rapid transformation of scientific and technological achievements, expand the scope of services, increase the promotion of scientific and technological achievements, and better serve the universities and research institutes, exhibitors and professional visitors.
Scope of the Exhibition
• Display of the latest scientific research achievements of young and middle-aged scientists
• Posters of the latest academic papers
• Posters for research introduction and seeking cooperation of research groups
• Projects seeking international cooperation
• Overseas experts recruiting professional doctoral students, etc.

Application Process
• The number of exhibition boards is limited, please apply and contact the conference coordinator in advance.
• After getting the confirmation of participation, please submit your poster abstract and the poster in PDF version to the conference coordinator by email.
Poster Abstract Format
Poster presenters are invited to submit one page (A4) abstract which will be included in the conference proceeding. Posters submitted should be based upon original / ongoing research. The abstract format in word version can be found at the conference website. Abstracts should be submitted electronically by August 15, 2025.
On-site Poster Guidelines
• The regular poster size is 70cm (wide) x 90cm (high).
• Posters are required to be condensed and attractive.
• The characters should be large enough so that they are visible from 1 meter apart.
• Not necessary for the presenters to stand by the posters all the time during the conference.
